I tried to change my Xbox-profile's username as well and they told me to spend 7€ and it's the same problem here.
They tell me that in order to buy it I need to add some address... But they think that a European lives in the US!?!?!?
I’m pretty sure you can change that in your Microsoft settings

They told me that I couldn't save as I first had to change my info, I switched and then switched back, NOPE! They tell me that I still live in the United States on the Xbox-purchase.
I'll be contacting the Xbox-support, hopefully they can do something about it.

Sorry for being late to respond, in the end I got it all working. I now have the Xbox Gamepass, now I just wonder if there is any page/website that allows me to see the bonuses given to all of the games that possibly have bonuses. 😅

Yes, simply just asking if someone knew about the possibility to check their progress of levels outside of having to play a match and finish it.
