Permanent ban for 3rd party app, on multiple accounts

So i played like 2 months ago after a long time and my account got banned saying because a "3rd party app" even tho i literally have no 3rd party app and im against them myself, plus i had not other app open while playing. so 2 months ago i just uninstalled valorant and thought that it would be fixed if i come back later. today i installed valorant again to play again and used my friends old account, as i was playing it again banned me for using a third party app and this is the 3rd account getting banned like this. i know that riot wont unban the banned accounts because they think their suspention is placed correctly but i just want to know what is the issue so i can fix it and keep playing with no problem and getting banned Please help me, i have contacted valorant support multiple times to help me fix this issue but they just keep ignoring me and telling me the same nonsense about not removing rightly placed bans.
