Incomplete set of tags received from server (no idea why)

im trying to setup a server for winter rescue modpack and is having no idea why this error occurs, the server works on localhost, but when i put the files on a dedicated server i get this error. im running the latest version of the winter rescue modpack, it minecraft 1.16.5 and forge version 36.2.39, im using at launcher to help setup the server before transferring it to another computer running amp.

Solution:

dunno what i did but it worked after the fifth reinstall of the server
