Random unpredictable crashing
Hey there, moved to bazzite from w10 a bit over a week ago now, but I've been experiencing random crashes.(entirely new rig btw)
I made this post here: https://old.reddit.com/r/Bazzite/comments/1iygdza/winezgui_randomly_hard_crashing/
But it has happened again now this morning even with the new bios update.
To summarize what happens:
1) I suddenly lose control of all input devices
2) Turning them off/on or unplugging/replugging does nothing.
3) Whatever program I have running will keep running unabated.
4) Turning off the computer becomes the only option, but it will freeze midway through thus I have to turn it off via a held press of the power button
5) Journaled offers no hint as to what occurred.
6) Seems it can happen while using any program, and I haven't found a rythem or trigger( initially seemed it was winezgui but that's not the case, it just so happened to catch the first few instances of this)
This last time I unplugged and replugged my controller a couple of times once the input loss hit, and journaled did capture some of that. Not sure if that's useful info but it seemed possibly useful at least.
Here's my system info
----
Operating System: Bazzite 41
KDE Plasma Version: 6.3.1
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.11.0
Qt Version: 6.8.2
Kernel Version: 6.13.5-100.bazzite.fc41.x86_64 (64-bit)
Graphics Platform: Wayland
Processors: 16 × AMD Ryzen 7 7700 8-Core Processor
Memory: 30.4 GiB of RAM
Graphics Processor 1: AMD Radeon RX 7700 XT
Graphics Processor 2: AMD Radeon Graphics
Manufacturer: ASRock
Product Name: B850M Pro-A
Please let me know if there's anything else I can provide. While it doesn't happen frequently, I am worried about both it happening while I'm doing something where I could lose a lot of work like if I'm in Krita working on something, but also unsure about the repercussions of repeated crashes and forced shut downs on my machine.
Thanks!

update your system, it was a kernel bug that affected flatpaks, was fixed the next day
newest kernel is 6.13.5-102 which fixes the issue
Alright yup system update brought me up to date, glad it wasn't something specific to me somehow. Thanks!
please do inform us if it still happens, but i am pretty sure its fixed as we havent heard anything since we fixed it
Yeah I can tag you here if it does, or would a new topic/thread be preferred?
new thread ideally unless youre 100% sure its the same issue (flatpak trying to read/write files using portals i think it was)
Ahh, okay sounds good. Thank you again!
