sorry if this is a silly question but which one of these is the actual ingame fps?

the limit FPS always one will cap the fps to whatever you set it to (if it is on)
the last one is the gameplay fps then?

these arent the fps. they are the values for the fps limiters supposing if you turn on the limit fps always it will limit your fps to a max of that value

well my monitor is at 244, should i set it for that? i usually just turn vsinc on and let that be it but val doesnt have that

you should set it 3 below
so for you if you want more stable fps you should set it as 241

on gaming in general or just valorant?
i would not recommend for AAA type of games as they already get lower fps at default
but for valorant if you arent comfortble with dynamic fps then you should limit it too 3 lower than your refresh rate
