Account was wrongfully banned

So about 4 months ago, someone randomly gained access to my Valorant account and started full rage cheating on it going like 15 KD, that couldn't possibly ever be me, why would I ever try to sabotage my own account randomly by cheating? Fortunately, I had been in immortal 3 - radiant which meant that the amount of players in the lobbies were limited making it easier for everyone to know eachother, so fortunately my friend was on the opponent team and he contacted me while I was out and he told me that someone was on my account cheating! So I got home and the first thing I did was change my password and log that person out. Then, I had like 13,000 Valorant points on the account because I purchased them a couple days before that because there was a bundle coming out soon and I also like to plan my expenses for the month so I don't overspend. Needless to say, the person also spent all of it, they spent it on Valorant points and radianite. I contacted Riot Games about this issue and they gave me no support for the first 3 tickets, I told them how someone gained access to my account, cheated and they also spent all my points. Instead of applying a solution, they took all my Valorant points away, I didn't get my money back, they took the skins off the account, and refunded a skin from before the incident, so I basically lost my $100, the bundle that the cheater bought, the radianite that the cheater bought, and my skin that I purchased before the incident occured which was the Cryostasis vandal, and only got in return the value of the Cryostasis vandal (1775), which a skin I bought prior to this incident that I wanted to keep. Then everything was fine for a couple of days, and then randomly, my account was banned, I contacted support and told them how someone had accessed my account and how I even sent them a ticket when that person accessed my account and it was clearly not me but they insisted that the ban was "rightfully placed." I would just like help and wanted to know if there is any chance of getting my account back, I have no reason to lie for anything, I have put blood and sweat into my account, as well as plently of money, I mean in the thousands, I also was the highest rank in the game which meant I spent alot of time in the game, which I wouldn't throw away my account for a couple games of cheating. I was/am also not HWID banned, so that is proof that it wasn't even me that was cheating on the account.
