Account got hacked and was cheated on, wrongfully banned
my account got hacked and upon retrieving it I was left with a permanent suspension because of third party software.

is it 100% guaranteed that the account was banned due to cheats or could it be something else the hacker could've used
i tried contacting support i didnt get much help

must've been a few months i stopped trying after getting no results

yes
i let them know the account was hacked
and they said they couldnt lift the ban
and its also weird because they said there was suspicious activity
so shouldnt the ban be lifted?
That would be up to the support team tbh
It riot support won’t help/uban you, then there’s nothing anyone else can do tbh

this happened with one of my other accounts and they lifted the ban just fine
so ill contact one last time

no i dont typically let anyone play on my account
unless its directly on my pc
so like a friend comes over ill let them play valorant on my pc per se

i dont recall downloading any files
that could get me banned especially
I would run an antivirus scan on your PC just to make sure
only softwares i keep running are obs,discord, and overwolf
Getting hacked twice is oddly suspicious

ill get that checked out then.
It’s better to be safe than sorry atp
check the users allowed on your PC in task manager or if your command prompt pops up when you first boot your pc
it may mean someone has a backdoor
