Account hacked and the hacker used cheats on my account

I got a perma ban on my account on 27/02/2025, a hacker logged on my account and played 2 matches, one with raze and another with reyna, the hacker used cheats on the reyna match and now my account is perma banned, now i have access to my account but cannot play beacuse of this perma ban, i already sent a ticket to riot but i am sending this here just fopr a good mesure, can somene help me with this one?
