AutoLink Railway Blueprint Crash
When placing down a blueprint that has railways and train platforms that have switches on it, i can reliably reproduce this.
AutoLink 0.8.1
Let me know if you need a save and/or blueprint.

Ok v0.9.0 is uploaded. Please double check the modular train station bp and let me know if that works, too

Occurs in 0.8.0 as well, but not 0.7.0
Hmm, I must have missed a corner case. Can you upload the blueprint that crashes the game and give me some quick repro instructions? Is it “just build the blueprint”?
just build it, and it crashes
you do need a fair bit of resources for this one or creative - i think a minimum reproducible case would be multiple intersections in a blueprint although i haven't tested that specifically
This one also reproduces it but is dependent on the Modular Stations mod https://ficsit.app/mod/ModularStations

I'm looking at this now. One of the rail connections in the blueprint is attached to only 1 track but is reporting that it already has a switch control. To the best of my knowledge, switch controls don't get put on a connection until it is connected to more than 1 other track, because there's nothing to control if the train only has 1 route to take. I think I can work around it without breaking anything in AutoLink but I think the actual bug lies somewhere else.
Ok, I was able to build the mega blueprint with my workaround. Building a new version now that includes some other minor improvements, as well.

I think the weird railway switches in a blueprint are a bug from blueprinting railway tracks or other weird behaviors like that, but glad you have a workaround
I'll test it out 🙂
all builds without issues, solved!
