System Restart, even after all methods.
Can anyone help? It continues to say I need a 'System Restart' after updating my Windows, going to the support team and literally everything. This is being painfully slow.

i have the same problem, but my windows update service is disabled, so my windows is not getting updates
i came home today from work and i cant play any riot games because vanguard is not starting as a service

sc query vgc
sc query vgk
both say stoppedrr
stopped*
could you send me your vanguard logs please
could you also run msinfo32 and send me the output?
also send if possible send me this file on your system C:\Windows\System32\ntoskrnl.exe
