forever ban
hello, just yesterday I got blocked forever and it’s not clear why, I didn’t see an exact answer or help in the Russian Valorant discord, the reason for the blocking was third-party software, the only software I used were Valorant Tracker and Nvidia GeForce, these programs are not prohibited, I wrote to support there is no feedback, is there anyone who can really help with this injustice?

i got banned HWID ban for using skin hack last month but valorant said they would turn that into just 14 days ban how can i tell them that
No. People who got banned before the 2 week ban was implemented, will not be unbanned.
