Transferring cloudflare account.
I am trying to a cloudflare account trasnferred to me buy the current wner since they are no longer working on the project and I am taking over. What info do I need to give him or what does he need to do to transfer it to me?

I’m not sure if there’s a direct way to do that, but you can ask them to update the account's email to yours
and then reset the password
I think you can also haven them invite you to the account as a Super Administrator, after which they should be able to leave the account, or you could remove them.

Cant directly, you can have them export the zone file to you, and then you can import it into your new account. Once the name servers are updated, it will show as active in your account and transfered in their.
Make sure they have paid all their bills and downgraded to a free account first or it will fail when trying to setup the domain in your account
is there a way to make it so that the site layour is still intact?
