I've seen people pick up people while running and not needing to stop and let the animation complete
I'm wondering how you do that, i mean i've tried (not that intensely but i have) and i can never manage to do it, and i've seen people do that (not recently doe, so i dont know if its 'patched' or changed)

You need run hold shift then press x keep holding shift and when u grab him slide while still pressing shift i hope it helps u
this also works with finishers

I tried to do this, it was kind of difficult, but i got someone who has done it before to do it and they did it after a few tries
so i dont think its that easy, but its pretty doable

sprint press finish button and slide
hold sprint throughout it all
