No its not a 50/50 anymore, since you told me people HAVE gotten banned for me it aint safe
There is a difference when someone actually tells you they get banned by it, just needed a small confirmation instead of only ‘use at your own risk’
teachnically no one can 100% know that it caused any ban in the entire history of val, since literally nobody (not even support) will tell you what caused the ban

Lets say u clean install windows and fac reset your pc, only get valorant and exitlag, and you get 3rd party ban, you are 100% sure 💀 dont think riot will ban you for having valorant
