Could you send me the vanguard logs?
should be located in C:\Program Files\Riot Vanguard\Logs
if you could zip the folder and upload here that would be super helpful

try opening file explorer and going to the C drive
and try to find this folder C:\Program Files\Riot Vanguard\Logs
Says no matches
can u gimme ur riotID @soju
soju#κ°μΆμ
just do this path file \Riot Vanguard\Logs

I never faced this issue so im kind of lost
Apologies for the inconvenience

that whole folder
do i double click?
or right click
i did somehing and it says processing
right click ->send to -> compressed folder

yes that's fine
kk
ami getting hacked
is that why
i searched it up on google
and one of the reasons was
multiple devices using my acc

try copying the logs folder to your desktop first
i found it
I think it might just be something weird with your vanguard install, we can investigate with the logs

what should i do now?
did i do it?
yeah perfect
taking a look
tyvm i rly appreciate it
hmm it's missing some logs, especially the ones starting with vgk_
oh
what do i do?
can you try copying the Logs folder to your desktop?
and then zipping it from your desktop
it is
from my desktop

can you go in the logs folder and take a screenshot?
click the zip folder
and take a ss of everything?
yes please
at least the newest ones

can you sort by date and show the newest ones?

am i doing this right? im so sorry
π
ok thats perfect
can you open command line and type
sc query vgk
should look like this

command line>?
cmd.exe

did i do it correctly
yes
okayy
try rebooting your machine
and see if that fixes it
my entire machine?
yeah
i did that
already
hmm
okay ill do it again
how long ago
like 30 mins ago
it kepts dcing me
so i restarted right after
hmm weird
no casual issues you see i assume?
if i restart again mayve it'll work
yeah very strange issue, I can't recall anybody else running into this
no particular problem tho correct?
guess im the lucky one π
pretty sure it's related to the vanguard install, but I can't be sure why yet
well ill restart!
try rebooting and then see if you have a new log file in the log folder that starts with vgk_
if that happens
what does it mean
am i hacked
I don't think it has to do with hacking
oh okay
but it has nothing to do w my riot tag?
gamer doc asked me for it
yeah he was just trying to help diagnose the issue, nothing to do with hacking
i see
well it was pretty cool talking to a val dev
ill restart and hopefully it resolves the issue
thank you for your time deeply appreciated!
:AA_Hug:
actually before you do
yes
try this instead, shutdown the machine and do a fresh boot
fresh boot
got it
instead of pressing the restart button
tyty

ppreciate the effort
have a great rest of your day junimo
:CB_hug_potato:
