Site is completely static, with no functions so it should serve from my nearest location. I dont think it's problem with my ISP, i've tried multiple networks. This has been affecting me for a while, at first I thought, it's something temporary, but for quite long time my site has been loading quite slow. It was not the case few months ago. cloudflare.com/cdn-cgi/trace is served from BOM

that is something no one can control cloudflare automatically decides that faster data center to the user is your isp who is redirecting traffic to another country for cheaper bandwidth i guess wait for a support memeber for better explantion

I understand it's not guaranteed to be served from any specific location, but there there are 10s of location much closer than MRS, and it has been happening for quite long, and everytime it's served from MRS or AMS both of which are extremely far from my location. I dont think it's my ISP as cloudflare.com colo is BOM which is closest to me. Also I tried multiple ISP all have same behaviour. I will wait for someone from cloudflare for more info.
