I got banned while playing on a family PC, unaware that another user had used third-party software. My account has no history of cheating, and my stats are completely normal. It’s been over two weeks, and Riot hasn’t responded to my ticket—I’m completely in the dark. I just want to understand the exact reason for my ban and what I can do.

I understand that only support can give a definitive answer, but it's been over two weeks with no response. I'm just looking for clarityon my situation why I was banned and what exactly triggered it. If anyone has been in a similar situation or knows how to escalate a ticket, any advice would be appreciated.
They won’t ever disclose what specifically triggered the ban.

Yeah, I get that they won’t share specific details, but the issue is that I never used any third-party software myself. The PC I played on was a shared family computer, and I had no idea if something was installed on it. Now, my account is banned, and I have zero information on what actually caused it.
