to close the thread when your doubt is solved. Mention the users who helped you solve the doubt. This will be added to their stats.Shouldnt be simple stoichiometry?
Would be better if I say, the concept of limiting reagent
Yeah
Please solve it with detailed steps specially no 3
It's of parallel reaction which confuses me
What's the answer??
1. 2mole
2. 1 mole
3. 1.5 mole of co and 0.5 mole of co2
I am also new to this discord and 1st time asked
So can the tutor also solve this ?
This may help

But the question say if oxygen is in excess then CO2 will be formed
That is confusing me
And one more thing how did you know
CO + O2 gives CO2 ?
Like I also know this
But if in the exam a similar type of question comes with a different compound then how would I know what product will be formed next
Got the answer
Please can you send the detailed solution
Alright
One minute..
Can anyone please also answer this doubt of mine

for non-organic reactions there's really not much reliable way to figure anything out
just gotta know
reactions have a good amount of internal consistency in organic
In no 3 is there any other way then poac ?
If you are not doing poac, then first we have to balance this equation
And then calculate moles using stoichiometric coefficients
Can you please solve it and send it will be a great helpful
Well that's something you gotta memorize with time, in my opinion
How to know if no 3 me 2 products banrahe hai ?
really well written answer lmao u can get a side hustle at doubtnut or some shi

Depends on the moles of carbon and oxygen in the question
Kya aise Maan sakte hai like 3rd Wale me agar co se start karte hai toh limiting reagent carbon reheta hai so product CO2 Banna chahiye lekin apne start kie co leke
Phir CO2 me check karne Jaye toh usme bhi same problem unlike question 1 and 2 so assuming dono product ban sakte hai ? Kyuki aap jo answer bheje wo mujhe utna samajh nahi aya
Will this work ?
Ok thanks
So are there only two options to do this question
Either by poac or normal x and y method?
