I don't have Nvidia app I searched Nvidia and it's should only Nvidia control panel
Open task manager > performance click on gpu 1 show ss
Scroll up and show ss
Then press windows key
Type installed apps
On the search type nvidia
And show ss
Press windows key
Type installed apps and open it
From there delete Everything related to nvidia
Then

go here^ and in the manual search,

Try the game now and see if it crashes
Press windows key + r
Type services.msc
Look for vgc
Right click on vgc > properties
And change startup type to automatic
And start the services (if not started already)
Try the game now

Open nvidia control panel
Manage 3d settings
Show ss
Click on set physx config
Show ss
Click on auto select
Choose nvidia
