Billing support? Billing error
Hi, we were pro users until a couple hours ago. We downgraded and got charged 90USD for a monthly usage. However we downgraded before our billing cycle ended and a few weeks ago we paid the pro monthly suscription. To the best of my knowledge our usage was "covered" with the payment we made a few weeks ago. We want a refund and to close the account but our billing support cases get closed automatically since we are no longer pro users.
What can we do?

Upon reviewing your account, I see that your most recent invoice totaled $84.10, which was processed yesterday following your plan cancellation. Here’s a breakdown: Pro Plan Access ($49/month) The Pro plan costs $49/month, however, because you only used it from February 1 to February 24, you were charged only for those 24 days instead of the full month. You can see this reflected on your invoice: Access ($49): The standard monthly Pro plan charge (February 1–28). Proration (-$7.44): A credit applied for the unused portion from February 24–28, when you were no longer on the Pro plan. Hence, your total Pro plan charge for February 1–24 amounts to $41.56. In addition to the Pro Plan Access charge, you incurred the following Pulse usage charges from February 1 to February 24: Pulse Usage Storage ($34.20): Reflecting usage of 685 GiB between February 1 – February 24. Database Events ($8.34): Corresponding to the events tracked by Pulse in the same period. I can see that you have now downgraded to our starter plan and hence you won't be charged the Pro plan charges moving forward.I see that your database events were still received by Pulse till 21st Feb. I think you were not subscribing to events, however because the environment was still active and not disabled, Pulse was still storing all the incoming events.
