Inactive Bulk Redirect Lists not Loading
With the new rules UI changes I can't seem to actually edit any existing bulk redirect lists which are inactive.
I can see the list, but then if i click dots> edit or click on the name it redirects to the "edit url redirects" ui which shows "no redirects to display"

what it redirects to
are you sure it's not an empty list? it does show that the number of redirects is 0 on that list (and in your account as a whole)
just to confirm, i cannot reproduce this in my environment — i can edit existing entries in my inactive list without issues
