@flower you've probably not learnt how to apply substitution in 11th so ill just give you rq life hack or crash course you take t as a certain expression when the derivative of that expression is the numerator and shit gets cancelled because if you're gonna integrate w.r.t t, you have to replace dx with dt so dt/dx = whatever and then you replace dx with dt/whatever
