Unable to Reach Back-endResponse not successful: Received status code 500
Hi, I cannot log into the twenty hosted account we have. All accounts see the error described in the title. Is this known, can someone please assist. The environment is this accounts email domain. Thanks

Hello @Mathew, not sure to fully undertsand your issue. By hosted account do you mean your self hosted Twenty instance or is it the cloud version ?

I can access the domain, but then nothing can be done. I see the error code I stated in the thread title.

Have you tried accessing your account through incognito mode ? ( To put aside any caching issue from your browser )
