perm banned for something I did not do
Hi, on my main account I've been banned permanently because my brother signed in on my account with out me knowing while he was hardware banned. Mind you he was NOT cheating they found no third party cheats or anything but still kept the perm ban. We have been trying to email for months to get our main account unbanned because we have spent good money on the game and we love playing it but everytime we do we only get a bot that says we sill stay banned and not look over it. I played val for almost 2 years now on that account and I have so much stuff I love on it but I will never be able to use it again over an issue that wasn't even true. We both got perm banned on a game we love and only play for something we didn't do, and also if you look back at the games you would see that my brother wasn't cheating some random he added was and that HE DIDNT know he was cheating until he got banned and the guy who was cheating only got a month ban. I just want to ask for a second chance on a account i love and hope that you will give us that chance.

i have tried the support they wont answer or will send a bot
unban tickets maked as solved without an answer (or the bot answer only) = no unban
i think thats stupid becuase they changed the reason we got banned twice
first it was cheating and scanned our pcs and found nothing
then it was third party software's and still found nothing
thats the same as cheating
but they found no source of it on our pcs
after scanning it
and told us they found nothing like that on the pcs

they did not say that you didnt have any cheats or such

To make you understand better, that particular phrase means:
your account was never hacked
Soo whatever caused the ban, was on your part
but the ban that was placed on it was a flase ban on the other pcs
meaning even if it didnt get hacked it should still not have lead to a perm

i just said i was unaware of the sign in and didnt give permission if thinking from in outside prospective yes i was hacked

your brother using a pc that you saved your login on is not getting hacked either
realistically yes he didnt hack, BUT i didnt know of the log in meaning i was hacked in a way
also
when i emailed about me not knowing and asked for the perm to be lifted bc a perm over something i didnt know makes no sense they kept it on
its just accidental account sharing
but thats not what got you banned
how could it be account sharing if that wa snt the purpose of him having my email ?
