well i except it to change where it will be downloading the mods but when i close the mod manager and open it again, and go to the place where i change it, it goes back to the originall place
Satisfactory is already installed on acer f
Maybe i need to uninstall all the mods?
@Mathias Hello there, dude where do you have Satisfactory installed? Because SMM will donload the mods right in that drive. Change Satisfactory from drive first, give it a try
I have satisfactory installed on acer f
hmm
when i try and change where it is. it says this
directory F:\Program Files (x86)\Satisfactory Mod Manager is not empty
ooooh ok
yeah, try to uninstall all, put them the favourite stars to don't search all again xD
wdym, do i uninstall all the mods?
I would try but, wait a second. I'm seeing that SMM uses C: as download caché aswell
into your AppData hidden folder into your user
where is that?
mabye you could try change it first
ah - another bit that would've been useful.... top tip - post errors when you get them instead of just saying stuff doesn't work 👍

SMM itself doesn't use much space, but the download cache does
Do i uninstall the downloadCache?
You have to create a new folder in there for the download cache
I would uninstall the mods, empty the cache folder, and try to change them
But there is already nothing in the downloadchache
Where is that downloadCache you're talking about?
kk, try with the mods. this is the "bad thing", we have to eliminate steps
On acer c
Okay then
Copy that empty downloadCache folder to
F:\Program Files (x86)\Satisfactory Mod Manager
ok
