UEFI secure boot enabled and HVCI enabled
Does anyone know how to fix this its only on my main account. When i join on my friends account it doesnt show up

Press windows key + r
Type msinfo32
And show ss

Open disk management
Show ss
Right click > properties > volume
Show ss
Open cmd as admin
i did
Type
mbr2gpt.exe /validate /disk:0 /allowFullOS
show ss of result
Now
mbr2gpt.exe /convert /disk:0 /allowFullOS
wait for it to complete, then show ss
Now type
reagentc /enable
show ss
Now
bcdboot C:\Windows /s C: /f UEFI
Show ss
Ok close that
Press windows key
Type core isolation
Show ss
Alright
Restart your pc and spam the F2 key to enter bios
And use your phone to text here

And spam F2 key to enter bios again

Now exit tab and save and exit
