now that i think about it option 2 makes no sense conc h2so4 does dehydration if it was doing it there would be 2 double bonds

4 cuz a four membered ring is not that stable at all, lot of angle strain it'll want to expand to a higher ring also if both OH were getting dehydrated, shouldn't there be 2 double bonds think of mechanism

yeah this i agree i just realised myself 1 is an ether, but strong acid favors dehydration over ether formation. 3 structure does not seem to arise from the given mechanism. ye to sort but 4 th ka i think nhi hona chiye because even if it is more stable mechanism ye form hoga kaise that is question
