Can't play Valorant
So my friend cant currently play valorant due to this single issue.
He uninstalled some files too make some space and probably accidentally uninstalled something, so he reinstalled valorant but the same problem occurs.
Any ideas how this happened? and how to fix (tried reinstalling and restart)

he is on windows 10 and he runned it on cmd cause it doesnt run on the search bar

You gotta run as admin
right click on cmd to open as admin
also, apparently he can run the game, but he gets the corrup and unreadable state

so he just reinstalled before repairing right now
he got to play yesterday but error occurs sometime while playing
its image that i sent also shows in game and cant be exited making him stuck with the error file
it kinda works now ill try to ask again if thats the error file occurs again
