I see you have received a 2 weeks suspension on your account so I will try my best to clarify things for you.
After investigating your case, I can confirm that our Anti-Cheat team detected usage of unauthorized third party apps being used in this account, which led to this restriction being applied. One thing to keep in mind is that any type of program that interacts with VALORANT may be sufficient grounds for Vanguard to take actions.
As mentioned in our Third Party Applications article: "We can't optimize for assets we don’t develop, and we reserve the right to take action against applications that allow the use of our assets for free".
On the other hand I am happy to inform you that this is a temporary suspension which is expiring on 2025-03-06 and as long as you keep demonstrating honorable behavior after it expires, your account has a chance to be considered reformed.
Before you resume your VALORANT journey, please make sure to clean your device and delete any suspicious apps or programs that might modify VALORANT or the game files. I also recommend deleting any mods/hacks, even if they are for different games.
