I received this code, i don't know what it means and what it does i contacted riot support but i needed some help from you guys too

;vgc
- Open the Task Manager > Details tab
- End the task on all VALORANT, Riot Client and VANGUARD-related apps/services
- Open the Control Panel > Uninstall a Program
- Uninstall Riot VANGUARD
- Open CMD as Admin and type these commands:
- sc delete vgc
- sc delete vgk
- Navigate to your C: Drive, then Program Files
- Find the VANGUARD folder and delete it
- Open the Riot Client and click update
- Restart your computer after the update
After youβre done with that:
- Press Windows key + R
- Type services.msc
- Look for vgc
- Right-click on vgc > Properties
- Change the startup type to automatic
- Start the services (if not started already)

why doesnt the cmd sc delete vgk and vgc not work

Proceed with the other steps
U will prob not find the vanguard folder aswell

ye they say Our team will thoroughly investigate the suspension on your account in the upcoming 3/4 days.
but can i ask @Metamorphosis
why when i create a second account i got banned like i didnt play on it but in the third acc i didnt get anything i play normal
