Funeral Outfit with no dress clothes
Hello! My grandpa passed away recently and I would like to go to his funeral, but I work outdoors and the last time I owned dress clothes was when I was 14. I know the expectation for most funerals is dark, basic dress clothes, but is there anything else that might work ok and still be respectful? Any help is greatly appreciated!

When it comes to what clothes i have, its mostly cargo pants, jeans, sweatshirts, hoodies, and assorted hiking gear along with some basic t shirts and long sleeves
Sorry for your loss. If the dress code calls for it and you have the funds, maybe your best option is to go to your nearest big box store or mall and buy some dark grey or navy slacks and a white shirt. They're items that are commonly available at a variety of price points.
It's a funeral - the most important part is showing up.
If you have navy or dark items, that works. Making an effort to have them clean from lint and mud would help if people are aware of your outdoor occupation, specifically on boots.
