Why can't I access my CPU and Mobo temp sensors?
I am able to access the temp sensors in the bios but on bazzite I'm only able to access the GPU temps and fans. I can't even adjust the CPU and Mobo fan curves outside of the bios as they don't show up at all in system monitor.

System monitor is not a good app for this purpose imo
Install coolercontrol
Go to terminal, run

when this is the case i just set the curves in bios and dont touch them after that.

I seem to have the app installed already
but for some reason I can't access my chassis fan or change my cpu fan settings
but i can see the cpu temps now

Asrock b450m - HDV v4.0
My chassis fans are on one of those pwm splitters
And if you run they still don’t show?
I’m not 100% sure which sensor chip your MOBO uses but you may need to do to load the driver
