Ok i enable the memory integrity
I had to delete drivers to be able to activate it, that's why it took so long.
Restart your pc and spam the del key to enter bios
In this case I enable Secure Boot but it tells me that my system has to be in user mode since I have it in setup and I don't know how to do it. The other thing is that the option to activate TPM 2.0 doesn't appear in peripherals, I think because I don't have it.

Click on “restore factory keys”
When the option says “install factory defaults” click “yes”
When the option says “reset without saving” click “no”
Then enable “Secure boot”
Then save and exit
