Why was the account information deleted without any communication with the account owner?

I suddenly saw that several of my invoices were unpaid without any notification, but I did not receive any notification about any of them and I did not know anything about them. Where did this invoice suddenly come from? In addition, all my previous account data was suddenly removed without any notification to me. I want to know why a customer is being held hostage by force like this. They are telling me that I have to pay this money otherwise it will be fine. No, if I have not made the invoices and I have not received any notification about this, why was I suddenly held hostage like this?

I don't have any info regarding the invoices. But, I wouldn't say anyone is being "held hostrage".
The one screenshot where it shows you that the status is FINISH SETUP And if you whois that domain, you'll see that the nameservers are not cloudflare

I have been using cloudflare for the past two years but cloudflare authorities have completely removed my account without informing me and when I try to setup my previous domain in the new account, it is not getting setup. After contacting support, it says you have invoices, please clear them but I have not created any invoice So I am currently using the default name server

Ah, the WHOIS timestamp says last updated April 2024, that's the only reason I pointed it out. But, I'm sorry, I won't be able to help with any account related issues. But, I truly hope you get this resolved soon.

Yeah, :this:is right. you cannot add domains to your cloudflare account when you have past due invoices. We cannot help with anything billing or account-recovery-related here, but support is available for all billing issues for all plans.
