Help

So, earlier, I was loading into Deathmatch and I swapped back to YouTube, my PC froze, so I can't do anything right now. I can still hear audio from my PC, like the YouTube video and Valorant, and can move my mouse, but right now nothing. What do I do? I don't wanna restart whilst my game's frozen, cuz last time I did that, my windows operating system got corrupted and had to pay a lot just to get it replaced by a tech store.
