false ban appeal and tickets

I got banned for nothing. I like many played in cs and after moving to valorant, showed good stats 1.40 kd on ASK3, access to my account was only at my girlfriend, I played with a comp, but most often watched skins and tracker, I never used software, played in teams, sometimes streaming and one day I get a ban for using third-party software. The funny thing is that even the resolution I did not change, I always played 16 by 9. Any communication with anyone from tech support ended with the fact that I responded with a prepared text and that's it. Attempts to write to streamers or call the office, as well did not lead to success. I want someone to hear me, help me. During this time I have already dropped my hands and see no point in continuing. But sometimes there is hope.
I personally have never used or used the software, since the account is too expensive (in every sense)
If there is someone who can help me or who has already solved and unban their accts, I will be glad for any help. Maybe this post will be noticed by RIOT, but I think there is no chance.

there is a possibility of hacking, maybe someone logged into my account that day, my email password is the same as riot's.
And some people I know had my e-mail password, but no one's telling me. (two-factor authentication is not worth it).
I understood this from the games played on my account that I did not play because I was busy with work.

I logged into her account from her computer and that was only once and a long time ago

Yea they had to detect something bc i had this same issue with someone hacking on my account but i was still able to make an alt and play and i never got the error message and after a few tickets i got unbanned so yea man you or ur gf had something fishy running in the background.

You can't enter the game until core isolation is enabled. but the problem is that on my Windows it was completely cut out. Since I didn’t want to reinstall Windows, a friend helped me who enabled it on my PC with the software. Is there a chance that the ban is because of this?

Like I said I’m not for certain on that is there any other softwares you use that can effect other games files
there are zero of them
between choosing not to play the game because I couldn’t log in due to the HVCI problem
Sometimes it’s better to take the longer route what’s the software you used if you don’t mind me asking

This is my friend's software. He's a programmer, you should ask him. he set everything up for me

Well if it’s an software that doesn’t have like a verified creator there’s a high chance they did detect that and that’s the reason
So, is there any way to prove that these are not cheats for Valorant?
Like I won’t stop trying to get support to look into this problem in more detail

there are many factors why I could have been banned, but all the factors are not my fault.
Well since riot never tells you what you were banned for when it comes to third party programs probably not which is unfortunate

You “bypassed” a restriction through a 3rd party software, you didn’t “fix” it
I mean at the same time it’s smart since it makes it harder for actually cheaters to see how to bypass

I understand that but riot is very strict when it comes to protecting their game literally bypassing one of their protocols for protecting their game is wrong

They were trying to protect their game and you find your own way around it instead of fixing the issue at hand

You made multiple tickets, all of em said no.
If you keep many more tickets, they will eventually blacklist you, as in auto close your tickets
