Since I started using CloudFlare, there are constant failed login attempts to my WP site

Hello, just recently I switched to CloudFlare and after setup, I can see in my WordPress there are multiple failed login attempts to my admin. When checking the origin of the IP it says CloudFlare. Did I set up something wrong? Maybe my DNS settings? I have A, AAAA records pointing directly to my webshosting IP address, maybe that's the issue somehow? Every DNS record is proxied in CloudFlare. What can I do?
