No, you can report no matter what. There are accounts with 1 million followers and 0 followers that have been banned.

those 3 digit lvl 20 accounts are all botted and sold as far as i know, right?
We will generally never ban in-game accounts for this, but we will always take down such promotions on social media, so feel free to report them if you see any. :)

Anything against the terms of service is usually fine, but this is mainly cheating and account selling/buying.
Since its very easy to just find stuff like that on youtube shorts for example
just search for "valorant services" and sort to latest :pepe_think: tons of shorts advertising all kinds of things
