InputScope Keyboard disposition

Hi , i'd like to know if i can change the number layout on my tactile keyboard? Currently, I have this layout where 7, 8, 9 are on the bottom row and 1, 2, 3 are on the top row. I would like to switch it so that 1, 2, 3 are on the bottomand 7, 8, 9 are on the top. Is this possible?
