ICMP Ping option missing when configuring endpoint monitor in Load Balancing

I only see HTTP, HTTPS and TCP as the available options, but the help indicates I should also be seeing ICMP, UDP and SMTP. Anyone know what the problem could be? Does anyone else see the other options under their cloudflare account, and if so, what subscription tier are you on? I posted to the Community forum 15 days ago but didn't get any help; it had automatically closed literally 3 minutes before going back to check on it. I pay for extra load balancing features but am still on the "free" subscription so can't contact Cloudflare support directly.
