Riot account got hacked please help
How long does riot reply to a ticket?? my riot account got hacked and my email got change without my knowledge and i have proof of ownership but there's no email back. I submitted a lot of tickets about this issue and some we're accidentally for LoL support but I still got emails saying that I gave insufficient information that I own that account. However, when I searched for some proof and screenshots like in-game chats with my riot ID, game history, etc. and submitted a new ticket with that proof (in a file, specifically), I have not received any new emails from riot. Is it because I submitted a file? Why is Riot's security so bad? A hacker can change my email without any verification code from my number or personal email but when I complain and try to claim my ownership with hard proof, they reply that I did not give enough proof and cannot give me anything else or any help for "security of players and their accounts" and no other update???
