Okay so he got the issue before it got fixed with something meta gave him , now he came for the issue cuz of gpu incompatible when looked into dxdiag it was ms display drivers not the nvidia one so meta said to delete all things related to nvidia and reinstall the GPU drivers but when he restarted the laptop his pc gave him bluescreen which is weird but yeah that's the case
