Total War Warhammer 3 Disappearing Map

When I play a battle in the above game, the land isn' t there. Funny to watch all the armies float around though. Anyone found a work around or solution to this? Love Bazzite btw. I see other users have issues with this game; maybe it's just not in the cards to play.
