Stuck on loading screen
When i start a match, before it starts i cannot join the agent selection screen, and get stuck, sometimes even after i pick my agent i cannot join the match and my teammates surrender thinking im afk..

I dont know how to solve this
And i think aint about my pc
im afraid of getting 100+ hours banned because of this, im already at 10minutes banned if i dodge on agent section (bc i cant pick the agent so it dodge instantly)
i had this issue on my laptop when i had other background apps open and i was using other tabs
what are your specs?
urr network problem or your pc is slow
