Added second ssd to my htpc but steam will not format the drive.
I've been searching for hours trying to figure out why my second ssd I added cant be formatted through bazzite steam big picture mode. I've went into desktop mode and partitioned the drive and used the terminal but no luck. Hope that maybe someone could help me out please. Thanks in advanced

I have a video guide for using a different btrfs partition for your Steam games and sharing that partition with Windows. This isn't quite what you are trying to achieve but I think the Bazzite steps in the video might help you get your steam libary on another drive https://youtu.be/h6fc-3CCXbA

Unfortunately no luck but I appreciate the input
Can I essentially pull out my 1tb drive that has bazzite on it and just replace it with the new 2tb drive and just reinstall bazzite through a bootable usb?
You mounting an ext4 partition so you'd the the additional options "defaults,noatime,errors=remount-ro,nofail,rw,users,exec" rather than the one for btrfs "defaults,compress-force=zstd:3,noatime,lazytime,commit=120,space_cache=v2,nofail"
You can do that if you like.
Thank you very much for the help
