okay I helped friend of mine with this once, could u go into system informations and look for the motherboard producer. U want to go into ur bios and change secure boot to On. Also UEFI to on if it is off (u can see both of this in system informations). I don't know every manufactor so u might wanna search for tutorials on how to activate secure boot on your board.

search it in windows search bar

Press windows key + r
Type msinfo32
And show ss

Restart your pc and spam the del key to enter bios
