What happened to these gamepasses and I want a refund because they didn’t work and removed them
At that time I had many Robux like 6k and then they release those gamepasses to increase my luck and when you spin the wheel or open a crate nothing happened that’s why I’m seeing many dislikes on that gamepass and 1 year goes by and they announce that they removed those gamepasses from the game and I’m like bro? and I went to my transactions and count them up and I lost like 4,795 Robux and I would appreciate a refund from that gamepasses everyone thought that those gamepasses would work and I left it like for for 2 years until now that I’m requesting a refund

As of 08/11/2024, all case/spin luck gamepasses have been removed. (see https://discord.com/channels/693237498264027156/1058515423978594447/1272388867856662539)
Anyone who previously owned any of the luck gamepasses will still keep their benefits, and the gamepasses will never be returning for future purchase.
