Cron job run twice in one trigger

For more than 2 months, I notice that my cron trigger worker has this weird behavior. My script tell the worker to send 2 telegram messages, one at the beggining of the the script the one at the end, telling that the cron has started and finish. Every other thing work as expected but the first telegram message was sent twice. I really do not know why?
