Black Screen after installing EmuDeck. (ROG ALLY X)
I installed Emudeck from the desktop, the one that came with my installation, and, after trying to return to gaming mode, it got stuck into a black screen. The thing is that it shows the performance overlay, like it was a game, with 0fps. I restarted it (hard reboot, power button on its own didn't work) and now it only gets into said black screen with the performance overlay. Now and then, the screen flickers.
When turned on, it shows all the proper logos and intros, it stays a little on the "Verifying Installation" and then gets back into said screen.
The only button that seems to be responsive is the Bazzite config, but I'm not able to interface with it, for it stays static, like a single frame passed.

Did you try hold the power button for 30 seconds? If not, try and connect and external keyboard. Press CTRL+ALT+F2. Log into the terminal (you'll see no feedback when you type your password) and see if you can get into desktop mode by running
startplasma-wayland
When you in desktop mode check that steam works properlySteam ain't working
When I try to open it, it just shows the icon loading and nothing happens
Same with games
Do I uninstall and reinstall?

Are you running decky-loader? Sometimes it breaks steam. If you running decky-loader you can uninstall it by using their uninstall script (terminal command)

If you don't have decky loader installed, you can force steam to re-install with the terminal command ujust fix-reset-steam this will force a complete re-install of Steam without resetting your games
