Terminal Welcome Text Color
Hello,
What controls this?
I noticed for my friend it's blue.

it's your theme color scheme
Looks like its created by
/usr/libexec/ublue-motd
and it uses your themes accent-color
particularly the line:
I found the line, though I'm not sure why this is happening.
My accent color in gnome is set to yellow
It doesn't respect any of the other colors either

@Kyle Gospo As a fellow gnome enjoyer, any ideas?
@tulip🌷
could be an issue with that color? Any others work?
ooooh gsettings sometimes does not work
we fixed it on the ublue-fastfetch package
ill send a PR soon fixing it
No sir
Is fastfefch default in bazzite now? I could have sworn I had to add it in my self ages ago
Is this related to my bazzite login screen also having purple borders or is that always the case?
Any chance you could post here in when it's in?
aight!
it should be a quick fix but im working on quite a few things
ty, still trying to learn about bazzite, the repos, etc
Couldn't find any ujust-fastfetch package on git
yup, always been there i think
Ah okay.
ujust is our scripts
they should be on the bazzite repo
the packages are under https://github.com/ublue-os/packages

ooo ty
Once this is in, I have to wait till the next Bazzite build right?
Is the most recent commit related to this?
So excited for this lol, always thought bazzite was hot pink by default in the terminal
@tulip I believe bazzite has had a build update since then and motd is still not respecting accent colors from gnome. I still get hot pink when I open my terminal
